Jay-Jay the Supersonic Bus by Sue Wickstead

supersonic busI was given my copy for free in exchange for an honest review from Publishing Push.

This is an adorable story of a bus who finds a new purpose in life. The story is interesting and would definitely have moral significance for children reading it.

The watercolour illustrations throughout are on every page and really bring the events to life. They are detailed and grab the readers’ attention making for a quick and bright read.

The only downside that I can thought of whilst reading this was that apart from the bus itself there aren’t any characters which makes it quite difficult at times to connect to the story.

Overall I would recommend this book to people with very young children but it’s not really a children’s book that as an adult I can get much out of. One I would recommend but to the right audience.

3 out of 5 stars!
